How to pay your Affiliates

Stack provides flexibility in paying your affiliates using any provider or method you prefer, as long as you mark the payouts as completed. For a more streamlined process, Stack offers some efficient options.

Payout Options Available in Stack

Auto Payouts via PayPal (Fastest)

Automate affiliate payments directly from the Stack dashboard using the PayPal Payouts API. This method eliminates the need to log in to PayPal or manually mark payouts as paid.

Bank Payments

You can also choose to pay affiliates manually through banks or other methods and then mark the payouts as paid in Stack.

How Payouts Work

There are two main steps to manage affiliate payouts:

Generating Payouts

Payouts are generated automatically based on the campaign commissions you’ve configured.

Paying Affiliates & Marking Payouts as Paid

You can opt for automated PayPal payouts or manual methods. Here’s how each works:

1. Auto Payouts Using PayPal (Fastest Option)

Using the PayPal Payouts API is the quickest and most cost-effective way to pay multiple affiliates simultaneously. After a one-time setup, you can securely pay affiliates without leaving the Stack platform.

2. Paying Affiliates Through Banks

If you prefer bank payments, Stack allows you to process payouts and then mark them as paid. Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to the Payouts Page: Navigate to the payouts section within Stack.
2. Approve Payouts: In the “Pending” tab, approve the payouts you wish to process.
3. Switch to Approved for Payout Tab: Go to the “Approved for Payout” tab where all approved payouts are listed.
4. Select Payouts: Choose individual payouts or mass-select all of them.
5. Click “Pay”: After selecting the payouts, click “Pay.”
6. Select the Payouts: Switch to the Bank tab and select the affiliates you want to pay.
7. Download the CSV: Follow the on-screen steps to pay your affiliates.
8. Mark the Payouts as Paid: Once the payments are completed, click “Mark as Paid.”

Important Note: Configuring Payout Methods for Affiliates

Control which payout methods (PayPal, Bank Transfer) are available to your affiliates for a smoother payout process.

• Affiliates will only see the options you’ve enabled, ensuring a streamlined payout experience.
