How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”Whenever a new opportunity is added, Stack can initiate a predefined workflow. This automation can include sending notifications, updating records, or any other task that helps you manage your opportunities efficiently.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”To tailor the workflow to your needs, you can apply filters. Filters allow you to specify conditions that must be met for the workflow to trigger. This ensures that only relevant opportunities initiate the workflow, keeping your processes focused and efficient.
Custom Values
Section titled “Custom Values”Utilize custom values to personalize your workflows. Custom values can be used to dynamically insert specific information related to the opportunity, such as the client’s name, the deal value, or any other relevant data. This personalization enhances communication and ensures that all actions are contextually appropriate.
By setting up these triggers and customizations, you can make the most of Stack’s automation capabilities, ensuring that your team is always on top of new opportunities.
