How to Use the Inventory Management Features for Your Online Store

Overview

With Stack’s Inventory Management feature, managing your store’s inventory is simpler than ever. This tool lets you update product quantities, decide whether to continue selling items that are out of stock, and utilize enhanced search capabilities to find products quickly.

Accessing Inventory Management

To manage your inventory, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Payments in the main menu.
2. Select Products from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on Inventory.

Managing Inventory

On the Inventory Management page, you can:

• Update Product Quantities: Adjust the quantities for any product variant directly.
• Continue Selling When Out of Stock: If you wish to keep selling a product even when it’s out of stock, toggle this option on.

After making any changes, remember to click Save to apply them. If you decide not to keep the changes, click Cancel to discard them.

Searching for Products

To find specific products, use the search functionality:

• Search by SKU or Product/Variant Name to quickly locate the items you need.

Important Notes

• Save Your Changes: Ensure all changes are saved before leaving the page, as unsaved changes will prevent navigation.
• SKU Display: If a product does not have a SKU, it will be shown as “NO SKU.”
• Variant Details: Clicking on a product variant will take you to its detailed page for more information.
