Group Access Revoked trigger
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Group Access Revoked trigger in Stack workflows helps automate the management of group access within a community. This feature allows you to efficiently revoke access when needed, ensuring smooth community interactions.
Trigger Name

Trigger Description
Section titled “Trigger Description”The “Group Access Revoked” trigger activates whenever a user’s access to a specific group within a community is revoked. This trigger enables automated notifications and actions to inform users about changes to their group access.
How to Configure
Section titled “How to Configure”Navigate to the Workflow Builder
Section titled “Navigate to the Workflow Builder”- Access the Workflow Builder in your Stack account.
Create a New Workflow
Section titled “Create a New Workflow”- Click on Create a Workflow.
- Select the trigger type: Group Access Revoked.
Configure Trigger Details
Section titled “Configure Trigger Details”- Specify which group’s access is being revoked.
- Add any actions you wish to automate, such as sending notifications or updating user records.
Test Your Workflow

Save and Activate
