We’re thrilled to introduce a new feature that streamlines the process of tracking, previewing, and downloading your certificates! Whether you’re showcasing your achievements or sharing your credentials, this update equips you with the tools to manage your certificates effortlessly.

How to Use the New Certificate Feature

Accessing Your Certificates

1. Log in to the Client Portal:

   • Start by logging into your account on the Client Portal.

2. Navigate to the Account Section:

   • Click on your profile avatar to find the account section.

Previewing & Downloading Certificates

• Select the Certificate:

  • Within the Certificates section, browse through your list of certificates.

• Preview:

  • Next to each certificate, there’s a Preview button. Click it to view the certificate in full detail within the portal.

• Download:

  • Click the Download button associated with the certificate. This will download the certificate to your device in a high-quality format, ready for use.

Sharing a Certificate

• Copy Link:
  • Find the certificate you wish to share and click the Copy Link button next to it. This action copies the certificate URL to your clipboard, making it easy to share.
