Issue Certificates: Triggers and Actions

The Issue Certificates feature in Stack Workflows enables you to automate the sending of certificates or trigger actions when a certificate is issued. This guide will walk you through setting up these automations effectively.

Setting Up Workflow Automation for Certificates

Triggers

To create a workflow that responds when a certificate is issued:

1. Navigate to Automations > Workflows.
2. Click the Create a Workflow button located at the top right corner.
3. Select Add New Trigger.
4. Search for and select the Certificate Issued trigger.

Actions

To automate the issuance of a certificate within a workflow:

1. Go to Automations > Workflows.
2. Click the Create a Workflow button at the top right.
3. Choose Add New Action.
4. Search for and select the Issue Certificate action.

Note: All certificates issued through Workflows can be found under Membership > Certificates > Issued Certificates for easy reference.
