The “Other” option in Stack’s forms and surveys empowers users to provide custom responses, enhancing flexibility and improving data collection.

• Users can now select “Other” when completing a form or survey and enter a custom response.
• Custom responses are captured and stored alongside other submissions.
• This feature is integrated with the radio element for enhanced usability.

How to Enable the “Other” Option

Enable in Form Editor

1. Open the form editor in Stack.
2. When setting up multiple-choice fields, click on “Add ‘Other’ option”.

User Input

• Once the “Other” option is selected by a user, they can type their custom response.

View Responses

• Submitted answers, including custom responses, will appear in the form submissions tab.
• The custom responses entered by users will also be visible in the contacts section.
