Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Group Access Granted trigger in Stack automates the management of group access, enhancing community interactions and the overall user experience. This feature ensures users are promptly updated and can engage with relevant content and members.
Trigger Name
Section titled “Trigger Name”Group Access Granted
Trigger Description
Section titled “Trigger Description”The “Group Access Granted” action is activated when a user is granted access to a specific group within a community. This automation ensures users receive timely updates and can participate in relevant content and discussions.
How to Configure
Section titled “How to Configure”Navigate to the Workflow Builder
Section titled “Navigate to the Workflow Builder”- Access the Workflow Builder in your Stack account.
Create a New Workflow
Section titled “Create a New Workflow”- Click on Create a Workflow.
- Select the trigger type: Group Access Granted.
Configure Trigger Details
Section titled “Configure Trigger Details”- Specify which group access is being granted.
- Add any subsequent actions you wish to automate, such as sending welcome messages or notifications.
Test Your Workflow
Section titled “Test Your Workflow”- Ensure that the workflow operates as expected by testing it in a controlled environment.
Save and Activate
