Printing packing slips and shipping labels

Overview

With Stack, store owners can simplify their order fulfillment process by creating shipping labels and packing slips for their eCommerce orders. This feature allows you to print labels for entire orders or specific items during fulfillment.

What Information is Included?

The generated labels and slips will include:

• Order ID
• Order Date
• Store Name
• Shipping Address
• Billing Address
• Itemized List of Products with:
  • Variant Name
  • Product Image
  • Quantities
• Sender’s Address (Store Address)

How to Use This Feature

You can access the feature to print shipping labels or packing slips by navigating to:

1. Payments > Orders
2. Select any store order
3. Click on “Print Shipping Label”

Where Can You Generate Shipping Labels?

You can generate shipping labels from the following locations:

• Order Details Page:
  Click the “Print Shipping Label” button to download a PDF. This PDF will include all unfulfilled and fulfilled orders on separate pages.

• During Order Fulfillment:
  As you fulfill an order, the selected items and quantities will be listed. Clicking the “Print Shipping Label” button will generate the label for those specific items.

• Partially Fulfilled Orders:
  For orders that are partially fulfilled, click on the three dots next to the order. This will give you the option to download packing slips or a shipping label for that specific order.

Important Notes

• Shipping labels and packing slips can only be generated for eCommerce store orders.
• For orders with multiple partial fulfillments, each fulfillment will list the items on a separate page when generating shipping labels.
• Currently, the billing and shipping addresses are the same on shipping labels. This will be editable once the billing address field is available on the checkout page.

How to Use the Print Packing Slips Feature

You can easily access the print packing slips feature by navigating to:

1. Payments > Orders
2. Select any store order.
3. Click on “Print Shipping Label”.

Where to Generate Packing Slips

Packing slips can be generated from two main areas:

• Order Details Page:
  Click the “Print Shipping Label” button to download a PDF. This PDF will include all unfulfilled and fulfilled orders, each on separate pages.

• During Fulfillment:
  When fulfilling an order, select the items and quantities you wish to include. Clicking the “Print Shipping Label” button will generate the shipping label for those selected items.
