How to use Woocommerce Integration in E-commerce stores?

With Stack, store owners can effortlessly integrate their WooCommerce store to import and synchronize data. This integration allows you to manage contacts, orders, and transactions directly within Stack. Additionally, you can enhance your store’s functionality by utilizing automation triggers like Order Submitted and Payment Received.

To get started with the WooCommerce integration in Stack:

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Select Integration.
  3. Choose WooCommerce.
  1. Click the Connect button to initiate the setup process.
  2. Enter your WooCommerce store URL (e.g., https://yourstore.com without a trailing slash) when prompted in the modal.
  • Proceed to the Import Elements screen.
  • Choose the data you wish to import: Contacts, Orders, or Transactions.
  • Move to the Sync Settings screen.
  • Decide which data you want to continuously sync in the future: Contacts, Orders, Transactions, Order Submitted Trigger, or Payment Received Trigger.
  • After selecting the elements for import and sync, click Save.
  • The import and sync process may take a little time to complete.

Once your WooCommerce store is connected, you can enable or disable the elements you wish to sync for future orders.

If you need to reimport data, simply disconnect and reconnect the integration. This allows you to import any missed data during the initial setup.

  • Customer Types: Customers with roles “customers” and “subscribers” will be imported.
  • Contact Creation: Even if contact sync is disabled, contacts will still be created for orders if order sync is enabled.
  • Guest Checkout: Guest checkout customers will be created as contacts, but they won’t receive updates or future syncs.
  • WooCommerce Status Mappings:
    • Completed or Refunded in WooCommerce → Completed in Stack
    • Cancelled or Failed in WooCommerce → Cancelled in Stack
    • All other statuses in WooCommerce → Pending in Stack

You can set up an Order Submitted trigger for WooCommerce orders by searching for “Order Submitted” in the workflow trigger list.

Similarly, a Payment Received trigger can be configured by searching for “Payment Received” in the workflow trigger list.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly integrate your WooCommerce store with Stack, allowing for efficient management and automation of your e-commerce operations.
