Multiple recipient support on Proposals and Estimates
With Stack, you can now send proposals and estimates to multiple recipients, allowing each to sign their designated sections of the document. This feature also lets you include your own signature as the sender.
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”-
Unique Links for Each Recipient: Each recipient receives a unique link to sign their specific part of the document. This ensures that everyone only accesses the sections relevant to them.

Signers and CC Recipients:
- Signers: Recipients with a signature field assigned to them.
- CC Recipients: Contacts added to the document without a signature field.

Document Completion: Once all recipients have signed or accepted the document, a signed PDF copy, including a signature certificate, is generated.
Signature Certificate Details
Section titled “Signature Certificate Details”The signature certificate provides detailed information, including:
- IP address
- Location
- Date and time when the document was viewed and signed by each recipient
Primary Recipient
Section titled “Primary Recipient”The first recipient added to the document is automatically designated as the Primary Recipient. This role affects the following:
- Custom Fields: Populated based on the primary recipient’s information.
- Invoice Creation: An invoice is generated for the primary client once the document is fully signed and accepted by all parties.
This streamlined process ensures that your proposals and estimates are handled efficiently and securely, providing a seamless experience for both you and your clients.
