We’ve simplified the process of rejoining an email list after unsubscribing. Previously, resubscribing was a bit of a hassle, requiring multiple steps and leaving users without an immediate solution. Now, with our new quick resubscribe feature, you can easily opt back in directly from the unsubscribe success message.

How Does It Work?

When you unsubscribe from an email, you’ll now see a resubscribe link in the success message. If you change your mind or unsubscribed by accident, simply click this link. This action will instantly remove your email from the Do Not Disturb (DND) list, allowing you to receive emails again without any delay.

Testing the Resubscribe Feature

Want to see how it works? Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Email Marketing in your Stack account.
2. Create and send a campaign to a test contact.
3. Open the email and click the unsubscribe link.
4. In the success message, click the resubscribe link.
5. Verify that your email is no longer in the DND section of your contacts.

Important Note

After resubscribing, your status might still show as unsubscribed in campaign statistics. We’re aware of this issue and are working on a resolution to ensure your status is accurately reflected.
