Setting Up AI-Powered Comment Responses

To create personalized responses, you’ll use the GPT powered by OpenAI action in your workflow. Follow these steps to get started:

Add the GPT Action:
- Begin by including the GPT powered by OpenAI action in your workflow.
- Ensure that you have a trigger set up for when a user comments on a Facebook or Instagram post. This could be the Facebook - User comments on a post or Instagram - User comments on a post trigger.
Configure the GPT Action:
- Set the Action Type to Custom.
- In the Prompt field, describe how you would like the AI to craft your response. This is where you can specify the tone and content style.
- Use the custom value picker to select the Facebook or Instagram Comment body. This will allow the AI to tailor the response based on the actual comment content.
- Save your configured action.
Respond to the Comment:
- Add the Respond on comment action to your workflow.
- In the response field, use the custom value picker to select the response generated by the GPT action.
