How to use Printful Integration with your Ecommerce Store?
What is Printful Integration?
Section titled “What is Printful Integration?”Printful is a top-tier on-demand printing and fulfillment service that enables businesses to offer custom products without the hassle of managing inventory, production, or shipping. By integrating Printful with your Stack Ecommerce store, you can streamline operations and expand your product offerings. Any changes made in the Printful store, such as product creation, updates, or fulfillments, are synced live to your Ecommerce store.
Features of Printful Integration

Section titled “Product Import”Effortlessly import all your products from a specific Printful store to your chosen Ecommerce store location on Stack.
Product Synchronization
Section titled “Product Synchronization”Ensure your products are always up-to-date by syncing them between Printful and your Ecommerce store. This includes real-time updates for product creation, modification, and deletion.
Order Creation
Section titled “Order Creation”Automatically generate orders in your connected Printful store whenever an order is placed in your Stack Ecommerce store.
Order Fulfillment Sync
Section titled “Order Fulfillment Sync”Keep your order fulfillment status current by syncing shipping information from Printful to your Ecommerce store, covering both partial and complete fulfillments.
Order Status Notifications
Section titled “Order Status Notifications”Receive email notifications once an order is fulfilled, whether partially or completely. Shipping details will be provided by Printful.
Important Notes
Section titled “Important Notes”- Product Publishing: Imported products will not be published to your Ecommerce store by default. You need to enable them manually. Note that product descriptions are not imported from Printful.
- Product Retention: Uninstalling the Marketplace App will not delete products from your store location.
- Multi-Location Support: A single Printful store can be linked to multiple store locations.
- Delivery Address Restrictions: Some products can only be delivered to specific regions as defined by Printful. Orders with unsupported delivery addresses will not be created in your Printful account.
Steps to Integrate Printful with Your Ecommerce Store

Section titled “1. Connecting Printful to Your Ecommerce Store”- Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Printful > View App and click Install.
- Alternatively, search for the Printful application in the App Marketplace.
2. Importing Products from Printful
Section titled “2. Importing Products from Printful”- Once connected, select your Printful store and import products to your chosen store location in Stack.
- If no store exists in Printful, a new store will be created with the name “Stack Store.”
- Manually enable imported products in your Ecommerce store to publish them.
3. Product Publishing
Section titled “3. Product Publishing”- After importing products, visit the Product page in the Payments section to publish them manually.
- Customize product details and descriptions directly in your Product details page, as they are not imported from Printful.
4. Order Creation and Fulfillment
Section titled “4. Order Creation and Fulfillment”- Orders placed in your Stack Ecommerce store will automatically create corresponding orders in the connected Printful store.
- Keep your order fulfillment status updated by syncing shipping information from Printful to your Ecommerce store, including both partial and complete fulfillments.
Additional Considerations
Section titled “Additional Considerations”- Product descriptions are not imported from Printful due to store limitations.
- Verify product delivery locations, as some products are restricted to certain regions.
- Ensure delivery addresses are correct to facilitate order syncing with Printful.
